Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, our wait listed clients miss the opportunity to take advantage of the openings, and we lose out on income important to our livelihood. Our appointments are confirmed 24 to 48 hours in advance in the hopes that with any last minute schedule changes, we can accommodate accordingly.
